When one navigate to Confluence administration ->Global Permissions, then there is a section called Groups with the description "Grant permissions for the entire site to all the members of a group.".Within that section there is a table containing a list of groups that have (or may have) specified global permissions.
I need to retrieve exactly the same list of groups, but using my plugin's code. How can I achieve that?
